The following is a price list for our products.
Orders will be on a first come, first served basis.
In ordering a whole and half animal you have the opportunity to determine, with the butcher, your custom cutting specifications. Prices include custom processing, wrapping and freezing. We do at times have available certain cuts that you can purchase without ordering a whole or half animal but you must contact me.

Pastured Free Range Dexter Cattle Beef: $4.00 lb. Hanging weight per 1/4, 1/2 or full animal then there is a processing fee paid separately to the butcher which is usually near .70 cents per lb.
Pastured Free Range Organic Eggs: $5.00 a dozen and available daily
Pastured Free Range Broiler: $5.00 a lb. for a whole chicken shrink wrapped and frozen
Heritage Breed Navajo Churro Lambs: $125.00 each live (I have a processor but you would pay him for the processing, cutting, and wrapping)
We also at times have available starter flocks of Navajo Churros where you get one ram and two ewes. The price for a starter flock is $750.00
Java Hatching Eggs when available: $36.00 a dozen plus shipping. The hatching eggs are not guaranteed to hatch due to the USPS being responsible for the handling so it is at your own risk but they will be fertilized when I ship them. Our clients have had up to 100% hatch rate but 80%-90% is more realistic.
Live Java Chicks when available: $8.00 each minimum order of 12.
